Fryer includes pot and burner, propane is rented separately.
Do not use indoors. Use caution at all times when deep frying.
To determine how much oil should go inside the pot, customers should fill the pot with water and then submerge turkey. Once there is no more overflow, take turkey out and measure remaining water. This will be the amount of oil you need.
