This enclosed proofing cabinet, bun and sheet pan rack can be used to keep food warm after cooking. There is no electrical connection and this rack does not cook food. With the use of chafer fuel your food will be kept warm. Approximately 40 sheet pan capacity with 1″ – 1/2″ shelf spacing, pans not included but available for rent
